Scott Crouch is an expert in tourism, travel and brand communications with more than 20 years of PR experience. Following his graduation from the London School of Economics with a degree in law, Scott began his career in the communications industry in 2000, as PR Manager for the “Design Hotels” portfolio.

Leading the international hotel business at a major German agency, Scott successfully generated and managed campaigns for renowned hotel brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, as well as prestigious individual properties, such as The Savoy in London. 

Scott founded his agency in 2008, where he and his team build and maintain brand presence in the German-speaking markets for clients including Visit Guernsey, Enchanting Travels, Palladium Hotel Group, Cook’s Club Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels Ibiza and Tenerife, Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel, as well as individual private hotels in Germany, Austria and Italy.

Matthias+Burkard

Matthias Burkard has been active in communications and PR for various companies in the energy, transport and logistics industries since 1999. His particular area of expertise lies in crisis and change communications (www.krisen-manager.com). He prepares companies and managers for demanding communications situations, in times of crisis, through media training and coaching, through the development of crisis scenarios and checklists for emergency situations, as well as the development of crisis communications manuals.

Matthias Burkard was born in 1969, studied engineering as is a qualified journalist. Beginning in 2017, he also has a lectureship in crisis communications at the Department of Media and Communication at the LMU University in Munich.
